Sondra the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she is a terrific host and chef to boot, the Carrs shop was 5 minutes walk away (Sondra told us how to get there), the host Sondra had every amenity under the sun complimentary to our needs, water bottles, savoury and sweet snacks, she said use all the hand wash, hand lotion, bandaids, earplugs, mouthwash, ear buds, bandaids you name it, we could use it. Breakfast was outstanding as she was a chef in her previous employment before being a bed and breakfast host. Also has all brochures and tight security measures.

The property had everything that you needed to have a self catering stay. The host was lovely telling us places to walk and useful tips for the rest of our holiday.

The staff were very courteous and we had an easy check in and check out. We got the room earlier than check in time. The kitchen staff too were very polite and courteous. The location was excellent as it was very close to board the cruise ships. The hotel was very clean and the room too.

Location was beautiful and only a short drive to Seward. Very clean, comfortable beds, great Alaska decor and everything we needed in the kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I love all decoration in apartment. Beautiful living room and kitchen area with various kitchenware. Living are and beds room has amazing view .I feel comfortable and have good sleep. Highly recommend to stay here !!

The breakfast was light but i don`t usually eat in the morning so that was no problem. The property was a short walk from town so that made it nice and peaceful.
