Location absolutely in the center of Redding. Every amenity within walking distance. An incredible team led by Alex, manages this hotel. We had to extend our stay by 2 days as we had a road accident and lost all our bags in a theft. Kevin at the reception went home after work and got us clothes to wear, to tide us over. Heather, Lauren, Tobias & David went out of their way to support us during the 3 days we stayed at this hotel. From managing incoming calls from CHP, to David driving us to get stuff and Alex offering to drive us to the Airport when we left Redding. I have never experienced support of this level ever. The team managing this hotel is unbelievable. My wife and I would like to thank all of you for being such compassionate and supportive human beings.
