Julia helped me tremendously! I was travelling for days and accidentally put in the wrong date for my stay so showed up a day late!!! She still applied the fee to the day I needed with a bit of an extra charge because my old rate was a weekday rate and I showed on the weekend but it was still a discount. I’m very grateful

The breakfast was excellent. The menu options were plentiful and changed daily. We enjoyed the service rather than buffet style. The wait staff were exceptionally accommodating. The ice cold water bottles, the evening wine and cheese accompanied by interesting programming (we thoroughly enjoyed the harpist) enhanced our stay. We opted for a balcony room. Well worth it. We spent time outside overlooking the street in our comfortable rocking chair. The entire staff provided great service with a smile.
