Pros: Excellent location. Redone and modernized historical building. Rooms are spacious (for NYC standards) and the pillows/bed are extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. The location is great - a short walk to many locations and subway nearby for farther locations.

Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. It was my second time staying at the Artezen Hotel, and I have nothing but praise for this place. We had a lovely king-size room on the 15th floor facing the street, and it was perfectly quiet at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby, close to many attractions, and very well connected to several subway lines. The hotel also surprised my daughter with a birthday cake and balloons for her 10th birthday — completely free of charge — which was such a thoughtful gesture. As many other guests mention, the staff are truly fabulous. Their kindness and professionalism are probably the hotel’s biggest strength. I highly recommend the Artezen Hotel and will definitely return if I have the chance to visit New York again.

Incredibly well designed, incredibly high quality furniture and fixtures. The building itself is beautiful. The rooms are very big — by NYC standards, they are massive. Truly exceptional place to stay.
