The lively 24/7 lobby was really nice and helpful especially since i was suffering from jetlag. Decoration was great and joyful. Gym equipment and view was very nice. Rooftop Bubble Bar was very convenient after a busy day. Room details, shower, huge drawers , locker , all were perfectly placed. Day/Night curtains was so helpful! Our room was looking after Charles River/Newbury side and we really liked it. Location was amazing right after Newbury Street, easy walk/run to Charles River and just on top of the metro station.

Muy cómodo sobre todo si vas sin vehículo, cruzando la calle está la estación de metro que combina con el autobús que te trae desde el aeropuerto. Cerca del hotel hay muchos restaurantes y cafés, todos muy bonitos. También cerca de sitios históricos de interés.

Raffles Boston es un alojamiento con una ubicación excelente en el centro de Boston que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado, centro de fitness, wifi gratis y terraza. I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

The Coach House se encuentra en Salem, a 4 min a pie de Glendale Cove Beach, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. We absolutely loved our stay at the Coach House! It's a beautiful property and really well kept. The decor is so beautiful, and we loved the "Witch you were here" bench photo op on the second floor :) The shower was amazing (great water pressure!), and the room was so spacious and comfortable. The only hotel I've ever stayed in that gave us adequate coffee in the room, too! It's an easy stroll into town to get to Essex Street (about 15-20 minutes), through a beautiful neighbourhood, and far enough out that you can really enjoy the peace and quiet. Marley was an exceptional personal concierge, and checked in with us frequently to make sure we were happy, or if we needed any recommendations. Also, the keyless entry is incredible! Such a pleasure to not have to fuss with keeping keycards safe! If I ever make it back to Salem, this is where I will stay!
