Everything was perfect as it has been for the last few years. Excellent staff, service, accommodations and location!!

I love the lobby area with multiple drink options. The cookies are a sweet little addition at check-in. The restaurant has great options with good service. The bathroom accommodations are really nice and smell great.

Excellent disability accommodations. Excellent communication. Great amenities. Great breakfast.

People & staff were very nice. Accommodations were clean. There is a little market to buy some provisional items, which was appreciated when my daughter wanted candy for dessert. Location was decent - close to most things.

The 2 bedroom flat is fully refurbished with 3 Split A/C's and looks very decent. Got all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. Best place to stay for someone who is visiting New York and New Jersey. Has got street parking as most of the places don't have one. 15-20mins drive for Times Square, Manhattan and Statue of Liberty so location wise it's worth compared to other accommodations in near Manhattan. Worth for the money we paid...I would strongly recommend this place

The facilities were wonderful. The accommodations were awesome. The only thing to be aware is that it is in a neighborhood so parking can be sparce. There's food and places right around the corner. Very close to major highways. About 30 mins or less from NY. it was a great place to stay. Very comfy and private.

My stay at Best Western Plus Newark Airport West" was memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. I want to extend my appreciation to Manager Yala and the entire team for their hospitality. I'll definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to New York.
