This hotel is extremely clean! They provide you plenty of towels and pillows to start without even needing to ask for more. Nice smaller balcony. Right at the start of Wildwood Crest just at the end of the boardwalk. Nice and quiet. Staff was all very friendly. We arrived early and thankfully our room was ready and it was only 11am which check in is normally at 4pm so that was a great surprise. Truly cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Wildwood

We did the Doo-Wop trolley tour to see the area and learn about it, it made me sad that we didn't stay in a vintage place, but I learned which one I DO want to stay in next time. It is a great spot, we felt very safe and we had a lot of fun. We did not feel as safe in Atlantic City, and we're from Youngstown, so, that's saying something. We enjoyed food at Duffers and the cafe inside The Crusader. Johnny's Wings and Steaks cost us $40 for a pizza and a small bottle of pop. Ouch.

Jersey City

I know it's supposed to be a jumping off point for NYC, but there are a lot of things there that are probably worth visiting in their own right. Catching a show at the Art House, or heading for any of the restaurants in the art district surrounding it, and you'll probably find other things too if you run around. The Green Park down by Exchange Place, for example, seems like a good place to go with kids in the summer, though it was too cold for me to go.

Wildwood Crest

We haven't been down to wildwood crest in probably over ten years. I was reluctant to go, back then area was more like hang out. Many of the hotels were just run down. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the area was/is. It might depend on the week you go. We were there for a weekend convention. The beaches were beautiful and plenty of pay parking. The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was pleasant. We would definitely go again for a little longer this time.

Seaside Heights

Seaside Heights is a good place for families. The boardwalks and beaches are clean and safe. There is a beach where dogs can go, south of the boardwalk. It's not that far of a drive and we're glad our puppy could go. Recommend getting up early to catch the sunrise.
