Personale alla reception molto cordiale e gentile. Se dovessimo tornare a New York sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per pernottare.

They were so polite and it was one of the best experiences that I have had from beginning to end. I stayed for a week in April this year. I cannot wait to revisit this hotel. It is clean, luxurious, spacious and what makes it special are the people who work there. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

The individual touch on all the support given and the responsiveness to any requests made. Staff is just brilliant, especially at breakfast (thanks a lot Ron!!). Food was of good quality and variety, room was very quiet, not much (to none) waiting time for elevators (we were at 27th floor). Location is perfect. Clearly a place to come back whenever going to NYC.

Situato a Brooklyn, l'Henry Norman Hotel offre la connessione WiFi gratuita e sistemazioni con TV, aria condizionata e docking station per iPod. Stylish and convenient to Williamsburg/Greenpoint. Easy to find by car with relatively easy street parking. Room was nicely decorated and furnished with a pull-out couch, which was perfect for my nephew. Many bars and restaurants within 30 mins walking.

I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.
