United KingdomIt’s a cute little boutique property in an excellent, quiet location in Colonia within walking distance of 90 % of the historical and cultural sights. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms have what you need and the pool is very refreshing after a day walking around is heritage sights.

United KingdomLovely kind people, especially Carolina and the quirky decor. I loved it and would go back. Carolina always made sure I had some hot water to have a coffee in my room and wake up before I went for their delicious breakfast. Fruit, access to a kettle and bottled water was provided free of charge as well as record player, books and mosquito repellant plugs.

The location is perfect for a short stay in Colonia - 1 block from the water and about 15min walk from tje ferry terminal.
The double room was welcoming and the old building is charming. Staff was friendly.

Very comfortable rooms and bed.
Lovely warm shower.
Heating perfect (it is winter at the moment!).
Very good WiFi.
Sufficient sockets for plugs (which take most foreign adaptors too).
Lovely building slap back in old centre.
Didn't have breakfast but looked nice.
Coffee, drinking water, some liquors offered in lobby.
All in all, a great stay. Wish I could have stayed longer! But, I'll be back!

It's a wonderful ecolodge with lots of privacy and tranquility. If you want to experience the countryside of Uruguay without being far from a touristic city, this is the spot. Everything was just perfect - from the amazing shower to the internet access, to the comfy bed, and the very convenient and delicious food they serve in the restaurant they also have in the property. The breakfast was delicious and homemade. I cannot stress enough how happy we were to stay there. It was a really magic night❤️

This is a gem of a place - a boutique hotel, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Our suite was spacious with quality furniture and fitting. The beds comfortable with crisp linen and very clean. A large en-suite with high quality toiletries. Simply wonderful for a stay in the old town

Pleasant, clean, and quiet. Friendly staff and the hotel is close to both the ferry and bus terminals, and to the old town. The room wasn't large but fine for one person The bathroom was nice with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a simple continental fare. I would stay at this hotel again. Most people come to Colonia on a day trip from Buenos Aires, but it is worth staying the night as it is much quieter, you take in the sunset and there are a number of really pleasant restaurants a bar. I

Location was fantastic, right by the sea in the historic barrio. Really cute little apartment in historic building. Loved the roof terrace. It was cold when we stayed there but we took a blanket up to the terrace and watched the sunset with a bottle of wine. Could even see Buenos Aires in the distance.

The location was great. The apartment was perfect for our needs. There is a stove/oven which isn't shown in one of the pictures. We would be very happy to stay there again. We used her bicycles to ride to the nearby wineries.

The property was only a 3 minute walk from the ferry port, which made it ideal for our early ferry back in the morning. It was quiet while we stayed and had the first night to ourselves.

Pleasant accommodation, conveniently halfway between the stations (ferry and bus) and the old town. Our hotel room's view of the water was blocked by a tin building that sold crafts, but it was nonetheless very relaxing, including a decent breakfast and a little patio off the bedroom. From there, one could sit outside if one could tolerate the mosquitoes rushing in, when the door to the patio was opened. (We were there in late March, close to the peak of the mosquito season.)

Very special and unique place with a beautiful garden and lots of art and charm. The house is very well located and only a ten minute walk from the ferry. We enjoyed our stay very much.
