They moved me to another room with no issue when I told them one of the lights wasn't working, they let me keep my bags at reception after checkout, gave me a towel to borrow for the waterfalls tour, and gave me a blow dryer to dry my clothes when I came back from the waterfalls. Also, the room has two shower heads, one with an electric heater and one with a sun powered heater so you should always have hot water and even two streams at once for stronger pressure!

The location is great, nearby there is a good breakfast spot that sells banh mi and coffee, and there is another small restaurant that has good buncha. The staffs are all accomodating, he even helped is booked our bus ticket to HCM.

We spent 23 nights at the Orchid Hotel and loved every one of them. The hotel is only about a year old, is family owned and operated, and was designed with comfort and ambiance in mind. Because of the length of our stay, the owner gave us a tour of three rooms when we arrived that matched the type we had reserved so that we could take a look at them to compare the view and the room layouts available and allowed us to choose which one would work best for us. The owners are totally hands on and have only a small staff to assist them at the front desk and in housekeeping. They were all very kind, attentive, and committed to ensuring our stay was a memorable one. The location is convenient for walking to the lake or the downtown area (if you enjoy walking) and then you can take a Grab back to the hotel to avoid walking uphill on the way back (which we did as as we are older and didn't want to walk uphill back to the hotel). There are many local restaurants and coffee houses available nearby but the breakfast provided at the hotel is homemade and delicious with a slight variation from day to day. As a retired former hotel professional, I highly recommend that you stay at the Orchid Hotel if you are considering a visit to Da Lat as you won't be disappointed in the hands on service they provide.

It was the perfect place to unwind together, with a breathtaking vista that felt like it was painted just for us. The impeccable service was a highlight we both noticed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, always with a warm smile. Their attention to our comfort was so remarkable that we truly felt like we were the only guests in the entire hotel. We also appreciated the second turndown service each day, which refreshed our towels and tidied up, making us feel so pampered. The culinary offerings were equally amazing and a huge part of our experience. We started each morning with a delicious breakfast spread, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a delightful daily ritual we both looked forward to, a perfect moment to relax and soak in the atmosphere together. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. We can't recommend The Mist Boutique Hotel enough. It's a place where every element—from the stunning views and outstanding service to the delicious food—comes together to create a truly unforgettable and rejuvenating escape.

RL Boutique Dalat ligger i Da Lat, 3,4 km fra Xuan Huong-søen og 3,6 km fra Yersin Park Da Lat. This property is set back on the sweetest little street in Dalat! Close to everything, but on a quiet little street. The room was clean & the owner Rosaline is LOVELY! They were so accommodating. They did a load of laundry & gave us lots of recommendations!

Room is spacious, have a washing machine inside room to make laundry and it was a peaceful place to rest at night time. It's easy to contact owner via what's app and ask questions for motorbike, taxi for airport or anything else. You should consider to drive a motorbike if you want to save money on grab because the location is not in the center of the city (about 7-10 minutes) but for me it was exactly what I was looking for since I like to ride in Vietnam. Locals are fantastic too over there.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Da Lat! The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to the city center and main attractions. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated — it truly felt like home. The host was very kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready to assist with anything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cool mountain air and quiet atmosphere — a perfect escape from the busy city life. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay in Da Lat.
