They moved me to another room with no issue when I told them one of the lights wasn't working, they let me keep my bags at reception after checkout, gave me a towel to borrow for the waterfalls tour, and gave me a blow dryer to dry my clothes when I came back from the waterfalls. Also, the room has two shower heads, one with an electric heater and one with a sun powered heater so you should always have hot water and even two streams at once for stronger pressure!

It's easy to contact owner via what's app and ask questions for motorbike, taxi for airport or anything else. You should consider to drive a motorbike if you want to save money on grab because the location is not in the center of the city (about 7-10 minutes) but for me it was exactly what I was looking for since I like to ride in Vietnam. Locals are fantastic too over there.
