Staff was very helpful and we felt like we arrived to a remote retreat. True gem close to city and historical locations. Breakfast offered wide choice of dishes and fresh juices. I would ignore comments about nearby train as you almost never hear it.

The staff is really nice, they helped with part of the transfers we had to organize on our trip. We also had great massages. The rooms are beautiful and very clean.

There are a lot of things we hadn’t realized - like the weather conditions - that could’ve affected our enjoyment, but Lily was so helpful, and that helped make our trip just amazing 🤩. Hang Lan Bungalow organized transport from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and then from Ninh Binh to Halong Bay. The prices - I think - are too reasonable! I definitely believe we got more bang for our buck. The cabins are situated in such a picturesque location. We wanted to stay more and more. The beds were comfortable and the rooms sizable. The view when we opened the doors was to die for! Everything was excellent. Just be aware that you’ll need to plan out your activities carefully and in detail when coming to Ninh Binh. There are plenty things to do, and with good planning, your experience will be even more awesome. 😎 Without a doubt Lily is the MVP - Most Valuable Player! Thank you so much!

You can rent bikes there and the staff will advise you what to visit. Such a soothing experience in the middle. I would highly recommend!
