Hải An Homestay - Garden by the Beach si trova a Phan Rang-Tháp Chàm, nella regione Ninh Thuan, a 400 metri da Spiaggia di Binh Son. Great bungalow near the beach! Need transport if you plan to do most things. There is a Russian restaurant out on the road but we didn't use it. Clean and equipped shared kitchen was amazing! 100% would stay here again. Excellent host's with coffee shop onsite.

This wonderful rural hotel and small farm, surrounded by rice paddies just outside the city, is a perfect escape from the noise of Vietnamese towns. It’s ideal for solo travelers, couples, families, or anyone who enjoys peace, nature, and animals. I originally planned to stay one night but ended up staying longer. A previous guest mentioned a cat, and I was delighted to meet a very smart and affectionate kitten who lives here. The farm is peaceful, with animals that are quiet at night, making it easy to sleep well. The property, garden, and rooms are decorated with a lot of love and care. Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the AC works well, and the internet is fast (important for remote work). There is also a shared kitchen with a large fridge and cooking equipment. The owners are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Beaches and the city are only about 5 minutes away by motorbike, and there’s plenty of parking on site. Despite the rural setting, Grab delivery works very well. This is not a party place, but a calm, relaxing retreat. For Europeans or Russians who enjoy a rural “dacha-style” experience with nature and animals, this place is a dream. I was genuinely sad to leave and hope to come back for a longer stay.

Our room was immaculately appointed — tasteful décor combining modern elegance with a nod to Indochine charm, comfortable bedding, great blackout blinds, and a balcony offering a partial sea or city view (depending on room type). The hotel’s website lists “Deluxe Ocean View”, “Premium Balcony”, “Grand Suite” among plenty of options — each promising a refined stay. Everything in the room worked seamlessly: the WiFi, the air-conditioning, the shower/wet-area. Cleanliness was impeccable; the attention to detail by housekeeping was evident.

Nice clean, comfy little hotel run by friendly family. After checking in I noticed emails from the property asking me to cancel because they were full, which they were not. My thinking is they didn't want to deal with the language barrier, but I will never know?? Anyway, glad it worked out. It was a pleasant stay. The hotel across the street will welcome you with open arms, also super friendly couple, but their cheaper rooms may not have windows. That's why I transfered...
