A great place to stay even if you're not taking a flight or coming back from one! Evelyn and her husband couldn't have been more helpful and the rooms were excellent. An easy bus ride into Perth city and obviously very close to the airport but amazingly really quiet!

Close to the Perth Casino but without the huge price tag of the hotels on site at the Burswood. Just a 15 minute drive down the road to the Casino.

Midland has a great shopping mall and train station to the city, there are plenty of eateries around close by. There are also a few dodgy characters and homeless lurking but they tend to leave you alone, but some travellers may be intimidated.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and cabin has everything you need. Nice and quiet and permanent residences were friendly too. All round very pleasant stay and Caversham area has nice wineries and still close to other attractions. Our favourite place for a good feed with a relaxing atmosphere is a Tavern called “Down the Road” which is just a stone throw away from the park.

It is up and out of the city with public transport connections to take you into the city. If you are picking up a hire car from the airport it is an easy drive.
There is a National park close by and a walking trail on an old railway line to explore the area.
In late September the wildflowers were beginning to appear.

For Cheap and Cheerful Accomodation it was sufficient. It's a little dated but was undergoing some refurbishment when we visited.
If the Fireplace in the lounge gets the proper attention it should be a nice cheap and handily located Perth Option . We saw four Dogs enjoy sharing the place during our stay and that was great. It is what it is, an affordable option in the Hills overlooking Perth City. I enjoyed my stay there and believe you may too . It wasn't to far to get to the Shops on Great Eastern Highway, I used several backroads around the location which avoided the congestion Perth has become famous for and managed to enjoy all I came from Kalgoorlie to do .... and My Wife really enjoyed her visit and the people she met at the accomodation.

Basic motel, clean and new.
Basic motel, clean and new. The lady that checked me in was very friendly. But overall the place has many small things that could be done to improve the place, simple and free things that would make guests stay more user friendly and pleasant. (Ie: providing Wifi login at check in and not waiting until guest asks, having a contact phone number on the reception door if not open/manned, ensuring description is correct - kitchenette implies basic cooking facilities - a microwave and fridge doesn't constitute kitchenette if there are no crockery/ cutlery to utilise.

Fantastic city that shows its prosperity via the investments by the local councils in keeping everything so clean, tidy and safe. The distances from city to beaches and wineries are all mostly less than 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Lots of attractions to meet everyone’s needs.
Must visit the Elizabeth Quay precinct, beaches (Fremantle, Scarborough, Sorrento, Cottesloe, Swan Valley,Rottnest Island, Burswood precinct and CBD parks).

I would have left a nice note for the cleaners but didn't have a pen with me. I think my cleaners name was Tash. The room was lovely and clean and the air-conditioning was on which was great as it was a very hot day.

Sandalford Vineyard restaurant degustation menu with matched wines were exceptional. The wine tasting we did before the meal was exceptional with some unusual wines offered and which we thought was good value for money. A very experienced person served us who new his product and was happy to answer questions and helped us to choose a selection of wines that suited our tastes.

I was born and lived here for 30 years. Unfortunately Midland does not resemble or look anything like it did back then. It is a typical business area with nothing to offer a tourist. Ideal for a short stay or overnight prior to going to the airport

Our stay at A City Oasis Apartment was perfect. Everything from communicating with the host (Louise), location, cleanliness, bed comfort, appliances and supplies. The apartment is within walking distance of major attractions, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. We even walked from and back to the train station that runs from Perth Airport to the CBD. However, would suggest a rideshare/taxi if you have heavy luggage. Highly recommend Louise and her apartment for your visit to Perth.
