Offering a multi-cuisine restaurant and a fitness center, Best Western Plus Maple Leaf- 4 Star International chain airport hotel is located in Dhaka. Great experience right from the start being met at the airport by friendly and professional member of staff. Safe and secure transport only took about ten minutes to get to the hotel - which is great after a long flight. Staff on duty at reception when I arrived were excellent and got me through the admin and into my room in quick time. Very comfortable and clean room. The team at reception the next morning, Ema, Zihan and Uzzol, were great and facilitated transport to the airport for my transit flight. Very friendly and professional and accommodated any request I had with a smile. I even got a chocolate from Ema! If you are looking for a place to stay during a short stopover between transit flights, or somewhere longer as a base for Dhaka, I totally recommend it.

For an early check-in, breakfast on arrival due to late night departure. Needing a receipt for a taxi 2 months after. Extremely polite and well trained. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Great bedding. Highly recommend.

This property was completely new experience for me. I really appreciate their Management for showing respect to International rules & regulation. This property definitely one step ahead considering every aspect of facilities starting from reception, room service, heartiest staff, food quality, cleanliness and surrounding atmosphere. Next time, I will choose only this hotel in Dhaka.

I liked this service very much. It saved me the hassle of going through the process of renting cabs in the city.
