This is a great centrally located hotel in Powell River. Our bedroom was very comfortable, it had everything we needed for our stay and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. We also enjoyed a couple of beers in the adjoining bar and if you like indian food there's a great little restaurant, Little Hut Curry, which serves up authentic indian food.

Featuring a patio and sea views from each room, this Powell River accommodation includes a full-service marina. A private beach area is offered on site. Powell River town centre is 4 km away. The view from the room and the restaurant are amazing: right over the ocean. I think this was the hotel where we actually spend more time in the hotel than elsewhere on our trip, since it great location on the ocean, the great food in the restaurant and the very friendly and helpful staff. They even helped getting enough loonies for the washing machine and dryer. Breakfast was included which we didn't expect so that was a nice surprise too.

Good location, quiet and private. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach. It's small but it has everything we need. Our whole family enjoyed it alot and look forward to coming back in the future.

The hosts, Sylvia and Don, were attentive, friendly and responsive for us if we needed them. They even brought us home baked cookies on the second day and there was homemade quince jam in the kitchen. - all delicious. I asked for the recipe for the cookies and Sylvia delivered a printed copy to us in the suite - amazing! The property was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything needed was thought of and the suite has an eclectic and interesting vibe. We had quite a bit of rain when we were there, with it being late May, and were travelling with our 89 year old mother so to have such a comfortable, cozy space to spend time in was wonderful. Having the beach so close by and the views of the Strait from the property was a bonus we took advantage of, even with the rain. We would all go back there in a heartbeat.

Great location by the sea. The loft was cute and cozy with comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Excellent place to stay in. Also, nice sitting area outside to enjoy the ocean by fire. Would have been nicer in summer but still very much enjoyable in winter.
