We loved how the property is well kept. We didn’t see any broken pipes or chipped paints. The Bathroom toiletries were very calming. We had one little problem though. The jacuzzi jets were not working but we made the best of it. Another suggestion that I would like to give is about the lobby couches They were too low for me to sit in. Seeing that I have a back issue and standing from a seated position can be difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Monte Carlo and will most definitely recommend it to family and friends

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation exceeded all our expectations, offering everything we could have possibly needed and more. The facilities were top-notch, from the beautifully maintained interiors to the thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The neighborhood was a true gem—quiet, safe, and full of charm, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. We loved exploring the local cafes, shops, and parks, all within walking distance. It really felt like the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the host. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had or provide helpful suggestions. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.

I would like to express my appreciation for the way your front desk staff handled a recent issue during my stay. Unfortunately, the guests in the room next to mine were being excessively loud—talking, laughing, and playing music at a disruptive volume after 11 pm. It was an unpleasant and unfortunate situation, particularly as it showed a lack of respect for the privacy and comfort of other guests. However, I want to commend the front desk team for their professionalism and prompt response. The staff took the time to investigate the matter thoroughly and followed up with a return call, keeping me informed throughout. Although the hotel was not at fault for the behavior of other guests, I appreciated the sincere apology and the effort made to address the situation. It's clear that your team is dedicated to guest comfort, and that made a positive difference in how I experienced the rest of my stay.

The place was very clean, quiet. Very friend staff. I enjoyed the yummy buffet breakfast especially the fruit salad and the omelette. I requested late Checkout and was given one extra hour which was great.
