Great place to stay whilst walking The Petit Train du Nord. Comfy room for the 3 of us with great shower. We had breakfast delivered to the room and the food in the restaurant was great. Very welcoming and friendly staff

Beautiful, clean and bright accommodations. Family really enjoyed the hot tub and many, many games of pool were played. Well-equipped kitchen and big dining table. Hosts were very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

My recent stay with Francois at La Macaza turned out to be a...
My recent stay with Francois at La Macaza turned out to be a real letdown. Even though I booked the apartment three months ahead, things took a nosedive just a day before we were supposed to arrive.
Everything seemed okay until the property owner emailed to check our arrival time. When I said we'd be there by 6pm, Francois said that wouldn't work because check-in was only between 1pm and 2pm. I tried to work out another time, but he just shrugged me off and told me to sort it out with the booking site.
Long story short, Francois didn't stick to the agreement, and we ended up losing all our money. It's really disappointing how La Macaza cares more about making money than keeping their word. They make it too easy to take advantage of people.
Bottom line: My experience with La Macaza was a big disappointment, and I'd warn anyone thinking of staying there to reconsider and look for somewhere else that's more reliable.

The staff was very nice.
The staff was very nice. The room I took had a kitchen with about every thing you need for small meals. Very clean and comfy. Excellent bed.
I recommend the Domaine Expédition Inc
in Labelle because it is very close to the bike trail Parc Linéaire Le P'tit Train du Nord.
