The cleanliness, amenities, location, and nice little details like the fireplace, the murphy bed, the fully equipped kitchen, and the hot tub. I loved that they allow you to use the underground parking on the day of check out (you have all day). The room was more than great for 3 people. The view was amazing too!

Featuring an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, this Victoria oceanfront hotel is located around the Inner Harbour, only 15 minutes' walk from the city centre. This hotel is excellent, located just 10mins walk from Victoria center. The outdoor/indoor pool is great. Bedroom has lots of extra's and the beds are so comfotable. Our bedroom looked onto the ocean, plenty to see with the boats and sea planes coming and going. Visit Fishermans Wharf, just 2 mins walk, for some delicious food and see all the house boats. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful and professional. Views from the hotel are amazing.

Loved the views from our room and all the activity in the harbour always something to see and room was comfortable and easy walk to town

The rooms are immaculate and well-maintained. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and with lots of style. It's a high tea style, and the dining room is fantastic. We will stay here again, and we recommend this place to every family. It's one of the best places we stayed in Victoria.
