Conveniently situated inside Pearson International Airport, this Mississauga hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3 and just a short ride on the Airport Link Train to Terminal 1. Fabulous hotel fantastic staff and wonderful facilities. The view from our room over the runway was amazing and watching the work that went into clearing the snow to keep people on schedule. Room service was excellent and our breakfast in the restaurant was super.

Great location, amazing breakfast buffet, very warm staff, definitely good value for money, was able to utilize a shuttle, and the room was a great size, with comfortable bed, amenities and great temperature. In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Harman at the front desk. I spent 17.5 hours traveling from Delhi to Toronto, my connection in Toronto was canceled due to a winter storm. I needed to book a room quickly and just really wanted some rest. Harmon showed me the empathy, grace, customer service and that Canadian kindness that I needed. She got me into my room, wished me luck with dealing rebooking my flight and was open to provide any other services in case I needed to extend my stay in Toronto. I will never forget that kindness. And I look forward to making this my hotel of choice when I am in Toronto in the future.
