Hotels near Mataveri International Airport (IPC), Hanga Roa

We stayed for 3 nights and our expectations were exceeded. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the whole island. Our room was in a great position, overlooking the pool, was comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel’s garden, food and cocktails were all brilliant. A taxi into Hanga Roa was only 5000 CLP. We hired a car from the hotel for the day so we could explore ourselves. We then had a half day excursion with a brilliant guide the following day. She was the president of (I think) the tourism board in Rapa Nui. Learning and seeing the Moais was definitely the highlight of the trip.

The hotel is perfectly located just on the outer part of town, which makes it super easy to got in and out for the visits and tours on the island. The staff, and in particular the day and night managers (both named Pablo) as well as the chef for breakfast are going to extra mile to help and support anything you might need during your stay. Rooms are beautiful, modern, well equipped and super clean.

The staff from Hare Nua really do their best to let you feel like you are at home. Not only they book everything for us, they also took care that we could have a plant-based breakfast. They really go the extra mile to take care of anything we may need. The location of the hotel is excellent in the main road with all amenities next to it. Rooms are big, light and comfortable.

The hotel is very well located, in a calm place, not far from the center of the town, near supermarket. The rooms are cozy, very clean. The breakfast is good, fresh scrambled eggs being prepared just for you by wonderful lady Priscila. But don't search for 5* hotel, there are none in the town at all. The most important thing are the people. The owner of the hotel is senior Marcelo, a very helpfull, interesting, welcoming and friendly person. He made my stay very comfortable in his hotel and we had quite interesting conversations!

The hotel is set on beautiful grounds with a lovely swimming pool , the staff are super friendly and very helpful . The rooms were clean and had a good powerful shower the room also had good air conditioning and had a room safe . The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Nice private rooms with own bathrooms in a quiet hotel, beautifully located at the coast. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and accommodating, I loved them to bits!

We had an excellent stay at Chez for 3 nights . Delphine the owner was always there if needed with a smiling face to greet you. Very quiet location and just a short stroll to sunset Moai . Highly recommend to anyone. Rosanna was an excellent person who made a sensational breakfast. Thanks heaps Keith

The hotel is situated by the sea, close to Tahai and there’s also a decent restaurant next door. Very relaxing place to stay in. Received warm welcome and farewell from the staff there.
