Cabañas Tahonga Rapa Nui is a recently renovated apartment in Hanga Roa, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The holiday started off amazing when we were greeted at the airport by Gary with an absolutely beautiful Lei garland. Then being taken to the cabin, we were given a warm welcome by Cami, who explained everything about Easter Island and gave us plenty of recommendations for tours, restaurants and shows to see! The accommodation was comfortable, modern with a rustic twist and tranquil. We wanted a rental car which Gary sorted for us which was waiting for us upon arrival. I would highly recommend getting a car to drive to Anakena beach. The cabin is close to their small hotel which gives you access (booking is advised) which Gary set up for us with candles, music and a drink! It was perfect. Very sad to have left! Highly recommend!

Pacific Bungalows, a property with a garden, is set in Hanga Roa, 1.8 km from Pea, 19 km from Ahu Tongariki, as well as 2.2 km from Tahai. Our stay at Pacific Bungalows was wonderful. The bungalows are located in a picturesque large garden/field and a really pleasant 10 minute walk into the main town, but far enough away to feel like a total retreat. The roof is thatched, and the sound of the thatch in the breeze and bird song was so relaxing! The host's house is nearby and Lea was on hand for any questions or help, but otherwise left us to enjoy the accomodation and enjoy Rapa Nui. Really lovely stay and highly recommend!

Located in Hanga Roa, Cabanas Hinariru Nui offers accommodation with a balcony or a patio, free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as a garden. it’s in a garden near the airport ( but only 3-4 flights a week) and a 15-20 minute walk downtown the folks that run it are sweethearts they have rental cars so you don’t even have to leave the property for that…. and their jeeps are as cheap or cheaper than the places in town….
