Situé à Marigot, l’établissement Classique International in Dominica possède un jardin, un salon commun, une terrasse et un bar. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport; essentially after a long day of travel to Dominica, we just wanted a quick taxi ride to a hotel to relax and unwind. The hotel was a great choice for this. We were there in mid-February 2025 and there was evidence of a 'former glory' (prior to a hurricane, perhaps) in the form of an outdoor courtyard, bar and stage. There was construction in process and I have hopes for a bright future for this facility as the entire staff was extremely welcoming, attentive and informative. Since there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we requested a dinner there, which was superb as was the breakfast the following morning. After breakfast, we walked about 45 minutes, mostly downhill and quite scenic, back to the airport to get a rental car and began our exploration of Dominica. Some travelers might choose to do it differently and immediately leave the airport area to 'see the sights'. I have no regrets; primarily because of the friendly staff at the Classique International.

Tout simplement mon établissement préféré durant mon séjour… En 10 jours de présence sur l’île j’ai pu faire différent établissement et celui-ci a vraiment quelque chose propre à lui, ce n’est pas une simple cabane mais une vraie petite maison, conçue avec soin et goût ! On s y sent bien dès notre entrée… De plus l’accueil et la gentillesse de Susan ne peut que vous satisfaire, une personne très gentille qui vous fera visiter son jardin plein de différentes choses ! Une magnifique expérience tout simplement !
