Jaz hotel groups as usual were very hospitable, Mr. Husam and Muhammed from reception were very accommodating, showed us several rooms until we were satisfied. Mr. Islam from Guest relations was always following with us during our stay and did not hestitate to give us all we requested and more. The coral was beautiful, the food was various and delicious. The staff everywhere were very hospitable. Best vacation and very recommended.

My stay at Hotel Jaz Grand Marsa was a fantastic experience. We were traveling as a group of four friends and I can say for everyone that we really enjoyed it. The staff at the hotel was professional and very friendly. They met our every need. There are so many things you can do. For example, snorkeling at the pier is an amazing experience that I recommend. The entertainment group will make sure you enjoy your stay. Special thanks to Isslem. She involved us in various activities, we met great people and it was fun. Overall the whole hotel complex is super clean and the food is delicious. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

I have spent three weeks in Amarina and it was wonderful. The staff was always very helpful and treated me like a princess all the time. The room was very spacious which surprised me. The sea was full of fish visible even from the mole, the coral is beautiful for snorcheling. If you like to go to bed early, maybe the evening program (which ends always at 11 PM) could disturb you a little bit, but as I am a night owl, I was completely okay with that. WiFi is available in the whole area including the pool which I really appreciate as I was working some days. Food could be little bit repeating for you if you stay for a longer time, but I was completely in love with the sweets. I will definitely come back.

The location of the compound is perfect - right in the heart of Port Ghalib marina, close to restaurants, bars, cafés, but still very quiet. Parking is provided. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed is big and comfortable, there is a huge refrigerator with freezer, very big TV and spacious bathroom. The staff is very polite and helpful and the service is very good. They bring two bottles of water every day and change towels and sheets upon request, as well as cleaning. Great terrace with an amazing view of the lagoon! Nice swimming pools and surroundings. The beach is 6-7 minutes walking through marina and is quite big and nice with a coral reef, very good for snorkeling. They provide beach towels every day. All in all very nice experience, we highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!

Entire hotel and everything around was very clean, all the people working in the hotel are trully open and The hospitality is huge. This is my second stay with familly in that hotel and once again it was great. Thank You Jaz Maraya. Maybe we will see each other for the third time 😄

Reception accommodating our request and proactively proposing an apartment that fulfilled our wishes; quality of of food and choices and variation are fantastic; easiness to go in the sea and do some basic snorkeling is very worthwhile. Many very friendly staff (contrary to what one sometimes experiences in other places when traveling through Egypt) and to name a few: person at reception and manager of reception; Ahmed, the manager at our breakfast, lunch and dinner is exceptional customer friendly and sensitive to specific needs; also Mohamed Barhoum as well as the staff creating the perfect Danish pastry.
