Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional and full of warm moments, thanks to the outstanding staff and overall service.
Reda – the housekeeping staff member – made our stay extra special. Every day, he surprised us with beautiful towel art that brought smiles to our faces. He kept our room spotless and welcoming, and his attention to detail truly amazed us.
Ahmed Omar who assisted us during meals, always managed to brighten our day with his humor and kind nature. The table service was excellent, and the drink service was smooth and attentive. He welcomed my husband, our children, and me with so much warmth – we felt at home immediately.
Oksana was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always available for anything we needed, ensured we lacked nothing, and provided us with all the relevant information. Her kindness and availability did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated.
As for the hotel itself – it is simply fantastic and absolutely worth recommending. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the service is of the highest quality, and the variety within the resort is impressive. We truly felt that nothing was missing. It’s one of the few places where you really feel no corners are being cut. From day one, we felt like royalty.
Another thing we truly appreciated was how every staff member introduced themselves respectfully and always made sure our needs were met.
Thank you for an unforgettable experience – we’ll definitely be back!

The a la carte restaurants food was very tasty and delicious. Coral reefs and snorkeling was fantastic. It was an unforgettable experience when we saw dolphins swimming by us at the sea, also the sea turtle made a special appearance :).
What makes this place really stand out is the people. The staff are hospitality professionals. We were a big large family (13 people) and I heard the same feedback from all my family. The staff made sure we were really having a memorable experience. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Ahmed at the reception, Kasem at the guest relations, Mohammed at the grill station, and Omar at the main restaurant. Can't forget Om Adam and her freshly baked bread. You really made our experience exceptional.

PolandStaff. This is incredible how hard those people work. Everybody was so kind, helpful and smiling. Great waiters (special thanks to Mamdouh:)), people who take care of cleaning, people in spa, at the bar, at the reception, animators (Islam you’re the best!) - they are doing an amazing job. Good choice of tasty food. We didn’t have digesting problems not even once. Very good drinks. Rooms are cleaned everyday. There is service by the pool all the time. Lot of very well kept greenery all around the hotel. Hotel is not crowdy. Close to airport - 10 minutes so you don’t waste time for traveling. Sandy beach, beautiful bay and coral reef. Simply everything.

This is by far the best resort we have ever been to. We have traveled extensively, but the service, food, and overall atmosphere here truly take everything to the next level.
From check-in to check-out, Beshoy took exceptional care of us. His service was outstanding, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The level of customer service throughout the resort was beyond perfect.
The food was absolutely amazing - fresh, flavorful, and of exceptional quality. A special thank you to Ghareeb for looking after our room service so well. Special thanks also to Abd El Meneem for his excellent gym training and for taking such great care of me with the exercises.
We would also like to thank Abd El Reheem for taking care of us at the Mashawi restaurant, and a huge thank you to the incredible chefs at Zaytouna restaurant for the best food I have ever had in my life - truly unforgettable!

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service.
Wonderful hotel with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. A special thank you to Front Office Manager Mr. Taha Mustafa for his outstanding hospitality and kindness. The food was excellent, the hotel was spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely return for a longer holiday. Highly recommended!

A great "base-camp" to explore by car the African cost of Egypt from El Quseir to Marsa Alam. Also worth visiting Luxor and Hurgada as separate day-trips. For those keen to quietly enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea, away from the (although lovely!) hustle and bustle of Sharm El Sheikh.

Coraya Bay - perfect place for travellers who love snorkelling and diving. Diving center on the beach of Steigenberger Alaya provide for you house reef dives, minibus, daily boat and speed boat diving trips, for snorkelers boat trips and minibus trips - highlight Abu Dabab with turtles and Hermes where is possible to see dugong (if you are lucky).
Bit short jetty in Steigenberger Alaya but in the bay sandy entrance from the beach of Stegenberger Coraya or Stegenberger Alaya or from jetty on the other side of the bay by JAZ Lamaya.

Our stay at Porto Ghalib was truly enjoyable. The location is beautiful with direct access to the marina and a stunning beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food offered a good variety every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The snorkeling experience was amazing we even saw sea turtles, which made our trip unforgettable. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back again.

Coraya Bay is a beautiful and well-protected bay, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving. The sea is clear and calm, the reef is rich in marine life, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and natural. A great location for families and for anyone looking for a relaxed Red Sea experience.

The place is small but pretty, with nice bars and restaurants and lots of opportunities for excursions. The restaurants offer good food, but it's a bit expensive for Egypt; you can tell that tourists are expected to pay more than usual.
