Fantastic place to stay! The room was spacious ; all facilities were great; good internet connection. A well-priced restaurant on the ground floor. Good breakfast that was offered from 6am till 12 noon, I think. Check out at 12 noon and a short walk to the airport. Helpful staff. I was very impressed.

Handy for the airport and an early flight.
Handy for the airport and an early flight. A bit shabby and would really prefer tea-making facilities in the room - especially in the middle of the night. It is not the same thing to got and buy a drink downstairs and then take it back to the room

There wasn't much that I did like.
There wasn't much that I did like. The room was tiny and next to a fence so no view at all. The shower was so tiny I couldn't even wash myself properly and there was no bath mat. The tea and coffee in the room was not replenished daily and needed to be. The cooked breakfast was cold and definitely not worth £12.50. I will be staying somewhere else next time. It was NOTHING li!e the last time I stayed which I really enjoyed, which is why I chose this hotel again

Close to airport and pub opposite.do not pay more than 50 pounds per night for this property.dirty pillow cases and you cannot contact the owner to get any problems rectified.if hadn't already paid and needed a room for the night we would have gone elsewhere.

It's situated very close to the bus stop I needed to the NEC, so the location was perfect for me.
I am used to see a host, someone to say hello and goodbye to, well, no host this time.
I could not find a towel for the douche.
Was breakfast part of it ? I thought I booked a B&B.
I needed a bed for the night so I found one, it did what I needed. A bit more than that would have been nice

The local pub was very busy on the couple of occasions I went. But well worth the visit. Used the train station and an excellent service into Birmingham, plus a joy walking through the village set up for Remembrance Sunday.

Stayed two nights at the Moxy Hotel as was exhibiting at the NEC along with some colleagues.
Ate at the Vietnamese Street food restaurant in Resorts World both nights, such a very convenient location as the hotel was just a short walk away alongside the lake and its superb water jet fountain!
Nice quiet area.

We dropped our bags at airport then went to the hotel by taxi and came back by taxi next day. The high cost of the taxis meant that we could have chosen a hotel on campus at more convenience and with about the same expense overall.

A very pleasant overnight stay. Very clean and tidy, a lovely bed. Seeing the price on Booking .com i thought it might just about do but i was verm impressed with the room. I would stay there again and recommend it to other travellers.

I think you can stay in much more upmarket places for the same or less money. It needs a deep clean and a proper chef at lunch time or a more basic menu so whoever is there for lunchtime can prepare it nicely. I love old pubs that are not part of a chain but they must keep up with cleanliness and standards in 2025.
The Indian restaurant around the corner is absolutely amazing!! And if it wasn't for the terrible food served at lunch we could never have gone around the corner for dinner and found the hidden gem soho at Hampton.
