The cottage was traditional, well equipped and functional. Lots of space and rooms for two adults and three teenagers. Also the location was amazing, with a short walk to an amazing blue flag beach and great 5km running route. There were lots of excellent places to eat locally.

Mullaghderg Banks, a property with a garden, is located in Letterkenny, a 17-minute walk from Carrickfinn Beach, 8.4 miles from Gweedore Golf Club, as well as 13 miles from Mount Errigal. Absolutley idealic setting, near the village of Kincasslagh. A real gem with four double bedrooms, and one ground-floor single, it sleeps nine people comfortably and has a ground-floor shower room, which was perfect for my disabled sister. We had a fantastic Easter week with all our family able to stay.We loved the open-plan living room and kitchen-dining area. The open fire was lovely when the night chill set in. They have a newly built decking area, which makes the most of the beautiful views of the many lakes, and was a real sunspot for the sun-worshipers. Mullaghderg Banks is an excellent property near some of the most stunning beaches and coastal walks of the Gaeltacht in Ireland. Definetly need transport (there is a local taxi bus which you can ring), as most of the amenities are a fair walk too, but we had the car,we travelled mostly into Annagry for shopping and some cracker pubs there, as well as Crolly, Teach Leo, Tech Tassie, Duffy's, Sharkeys to name but a few, and we deffintely perfered it to the local Bonners (but thats to do with their service - but didnt put a damper on our holiday). We travelled over to Arranmore for the day, absolutely beautiful and would recommend. We had fantastic weather and by chance we met one of the local councillors Mícheál Choilm Mac Giolla Easbuig, a fantastic asset to Donegal in his own right, who extended hospitality that was outstanding, arranged to met with us, and showed us some amazing walks, history of the area, and even organised a tour of the Crolly distillary (which is yet to open to the public)... deffintley be revisting the Crolly Distillary again :). Mícheál, also brought us to the local community centre where he prepared a lovely dinner for us all, and explained his aspirations for the local Gaeltacht area, We met some fantastic people had a fantastic break and will definately be returning hopefully soon.

Featuring sea views, Teach Eamonn provides accommodations with barbecue facilities, around 10 miles from Mount Errigal. Very nice host. Clean, comfortable house and great surrounding area.

Located in the Irish-speaking region of Annagry in County Donegal, Caisleain Oir Hotel is just 1.2 mi from Donegal Airport, as well as Carrickfinn Blue Flag Beach. Everything is perfect. The staff, food, rooms are very very clean and comfortable, WiFi is good. The owners and the whole staff is very kind. I love this place and suggest everyone to stay here.

Dún a dálaigh is a holiday home set in the Gaeltacht area of Annagry. The property is 27 mi from Donegal and 2.7 mi from Carrickfinn blue flag beach. Free private parking is available. Very comfortable accommodation. Owner was friendly and welcomed any questions.

Located 10 miles from Gweedore Golf Club, Village Way Apartments has accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. Small coves, sandy beaches, abundant wild flowers, heather, small lakes, lots to discover. Breda the hostess was lovely. The apartment was well equiped and spacious. We were welcomed with a real fire and a bottle of wine There was a small shop very close and walks to interesting coast. The local hotel did excellent food and had lovely views. We used the apartment as a touring base and enjoyed the week immensely.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment in lovely quiet area. An excellent base for touring the local area. The host was very helpful and welcoming.
