The room was so much more spacious than we expected! The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and had all the needed amenities. We especially liked its distance from Rinku Town station, at just about a 20 minute (relaxed) walk. It gave us easy access to the first train out to catch an early flight at Kansai airport. The check-in process was also very seamless.

The hotel is only one train station away from Kansai Airport. Walking towards exit 3 will see a sign that will lead you to the hotel building. Very convenient. We arrived late, walked to the Premium outlet, but most of the shops are closed around 8pm. There is a mall across the outlets that has many restaurants, so we settled on a bowl of ramen. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport the next day.

My family of 6, stayed here. It exceeded our expectations. It's within walking distance to the train and a great shopping center. A nearby hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, in which we used instead of the train on the morning we left.

I really loved the layout of the room.
I really loved the layout of the room. Having a dedicated lounge room seperate from the bedroom was great. What I thought might be improved upon was the signage to the reception area. Coming from the train, you walk in and you’re on the second floor looking down into an open area where as you walk past a pharmacy you see a reception. Going into the lifts, perhaps have a sign saying that the reception is to the left following the red arrow.

I liked being in a local area and meeting local people, without hordes of tourists around.
The surrounding countryside was beautiful as was the Mizuma-dera temple.
Close to the convenience store and cafe.
Good access to public transport and the airport.

Izumiotsu is a small town at any angle from a foreigner's view, but is a major train station between Osaka and Kansai International Airport, so that you can take the Express Train between the 2 spots mentioned above. It helps to save time not using the Regular Train to commute. And you do not need to pay for higher room price right inside Osaka area. You can get everything you may need just around the Hotel and the Train station.

The people that work there are very kind and accommodating, from the moment you book till you leave they make sure everything is taken care of and are available to help 24/7. This place is extremely peaceful, the food is out of a story book because of how good it is and I just love this place so much I will be back one day. I took the bike for a ride exiting to the left of the villa and found a restaurant called green something ( I can’t remember the name) and it was such a beautiful place with a stream running through the outdoor dining area.

We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.

We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲

We stayed as a group of 5 friends, and it was one of the best night of our life for sure ! The staff were really nice and friendly, the scenery beautiful and the meals were delicious !
I will definitely come back when I go back to Japan.
Also, the piano in the living room is a very good one !

The room is big, good breakfast.
The hotel is sitting right above a train station, which makes easier to catch a ride. In particular, there is a direct bus to KIX airport.
Clean hotel. Typical Japanese-sized room. Bathrooms are typical too, i.e. high tech which I particularly loved. The bed was comfy enough, The best is that it is right beside a subway station so it is very accessible plus the train going to KIX was just a couple of minutes away. Front Desk allowed for an early check-in when I requested, which was fab.
