Much better than I expected from the photos. The place was clean, self check-in was simple, and there were some nice extra features like laundry, free snacks, and Netflix. (I treated myself to a movie on New Year's Eve!). The bunk in the dorm was so comfortable, and the fans and windows made sure it didn't get stuffy. Lots of rules and instructions, but they were clearly printed so easy to use Google Translate on.

The excellent Japanese breakfast provided a great kick-start to our day and the hotel is very conveniently located to restaurants on the property as well as nearby, a coral tidal flat, a park, and a bus stop. The drugstore is on the corner and the grocery store is a short walk or one bus stop away. The staff can also provide a shuttle service to the ferry.
