Much better than I expected from the photos. The place was clean, self check-in was simple, and there were some nice extra features like laundry, free snacks, and Netflix. (I treated myself to a movie on New Year's Eve!). The bunk in the dorm was so comfortable, and the fans and windows made sure it didn't get stuffy. Lots of rules and instructions, but they were clearly printed so easy to use Google Translate on.

Great location near beach and Okinoerabu Thalasso, a public heated saltwater pool. I came by ferry and was very grateful I was picked up and dropped off by a staff member. Without a car, I don’t know how else I could’ve managed it. The breakfasts were superb. Washers and dryers were available on premises for a reasonable fee. There are a couple restaurants on the property, check carefully for opening days and hours. There’s a well stocked drugstore/grocery a block away if you arrive on a day the restaurants aren’t open.

We booked this house for only part of our stay on Erabu, I wish we had stayed here the whole time.
It was very spacious. The patio area was lovely overlooking the ocean. On of the bedrooms is facing the ocean with a large sliding glass door, it was so pleasant to sleep and wake up to the sound of the crashing waves.
The host communicated very well, was polite and friendly.
