My flight was early but I was still able to get into my room at 10am and they even message you on WhatsApp before your arrival to check if you need anything. Don't be intimidated by area the hotel is located in. While it may look rough with graffiti and crowding its safe to walk around. Take the opportunity to try some great street food like saffron karak tea and shawarma sandwiches. There's a small convenience store next to the hotel entrance where you can get drinks and snacks. They have free front parking, underground garage parking, and back lot parking all easily accessible. Complementary bottled waters are offered daily, decent free wifi connection, and house slippers. Hotel has fully kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and a washing machine. Bathroom is well stocked with toothbrush and shave kits. Can't recommend enough I felt so at home feels more like an apartment. Good selection of tv channels too.

Holiday Inn Kuwait Al Thuraya City is a 5-minute drive from Kuwait International Airport, and as such a great location for business and leisure travelers alike. I like the location , breakfast was delicious, room always clean and quiet , the gym is really huge but under construction the smell of the paint is absolutely unhealthy i got really sick from the smell that's why I stop working out especially in cardio area. But other than that it was very nice.

The location is very convenient. Connected to shopping mall the Avenues. Staff are really friendly, especially the cleaner who cleans the room based on our time. He provides amenities whenever we ask.. TV channels were not showing and once we asked them to fix it, it was fixed in no time.
