Lovely touches such as providing coffee, salt, pepper and oil. An easy walk west to the coast and to a couple of the un-privatised beaches/sea access. Little store across the road and Oxxo and Chedraui not too far off. I would be remiss to not mention there was a fair bit of noise that could be heard, however this is not the hosts fault, and, in all honesty, this has been the case in every property in Mexico for the last three months (coming from a quieter part of the world 😅)

Jasmine the host was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. she provided us with all sorts of of useful information about the Island and was quick to respond with any questions we had via WhatsApp. We will stay here again!

The apartment was really sweet and equipped with everything you needed - the coffee machine was a bonus as was having a tv with Netflix as it was raining in the evenings when we stayed. The intimate terraces were lovely spaces in which to relax.

We had a lovely stay at Habitación Cozumel... the room itself was very comfortable with a nice patio and all the basic appliances needed in the kitchen. We found the bed comfortable and Julio was an excelent host! He helped recommend some great local places to eat and also some beautiful places to see around the island.
