The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the courtyard area is lovely. The staff fixed the shower as soon as we asked.

We loved this small guesthouse. The room was perfect size, perfectly clean with loads of storage and a comfortable bed. The breakfast the next morning was insanely good! Fruit, bread, yoghurt, granola and a chile pollo (chicken with ham and cheese in sauce). Staff were very sweet.

Huge beautiful old building, the king room was large and comfortable with an outside seating area. amazing rooftop with plants and seating areas. Great location in the historic centre. Quiet and clean. There was a squirrel in the tree in the courtyard ❤️

The staff was great with me. I even had an emergency and they proactively helped me to resolve.

Beautiful Hacienda with gardens and pool. Well located, easy parking. Spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, and very nice personnel. We stayed only one night as we had to leave next morning from the airport.

The colonial building is astonishing and we felt like royals in a vacation palace. The area around the hotel is great, there are lots of shopping opportunities for all kind of stuff. Right next to it is a market hall with amazing food. You need to try Tlayudas there!

Such a fabulous place. Everyone so friendly and eager to please. Always a smile too. Water bottles can be refilled too which was fantastic. Walking distance to everything there’s to see and eat in Oaxaca. Mercado de la Merced 2 streets up has great food and much on the quieter side of the 2 main ones. But just walk the streets and the food vendors have the most delicious food ever

The photos don’t do this wonderful hotel justice. We had a lovely stay here, the building has been tastefully and sensitively renovated. The rooms are very big and well equipped bathrooms. Ricardo and his team in the restaurant and kitchen are fantastic. He is a wonderful host sharing background in food and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They made our stay very special. Location is very convenient for exploring the centre of town and getting out on day trips.

Location was perfect for both exploring the city and resting. The terrace is beautiful, full of flowering plants and shaded. We only had one lunc and it was simple but very tasty. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room impeccable and comfortable. The courtyard atmospheric and welcoming.

The breakfast was lovely. The room overlooking the street and all the action, yet very quiet. Comfortable bed. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel Casona Oaxaca is just 2 minutes or 1 block from the main square with so many Christmas activities eg Christmas Tree lighting, free Concerts and so many great restaurants. I suggest to take at least one of the day tours they offer - just fabulous! 👏

Friendly staff excelent rooms even a garage for your car

It is a very nice and clean hotel near the airport. There is a very nice garden between the two buildings where you can sit and relax in the afternoon. There is also a roof terrace on the main building. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

It was last minute due to a cancelled flight. Room was better specified than expected for a cheap hotel.

Nice helpful people-- who felt bad about the Booking misunderstanding (see below) about breakfast and made me today and coffee!, Funky rather baroque decor, quiet street,, comfortable bed, pristine linens, lots of closet space and benches for luggage.
