New ZealandStaff were helpful in all aspects of our stay. Language was a small barrier with little English spoken by wait staff. But receptionists both could speak good English. In saying that, the wait staff were so helpful we were able to arrange coconut crab and bougna through them. The chef was very obliging and prepared the crab for us in house. Amazing service.
