Mr Carlos great service and manners he offered a clear explanation on usage of room amenities and areas, the pool was available after midnight they had great music you even can connect your own phone to play the music you like by turn, I will definately go back to that place.

Over crowded. Waited in lines for everything.

Over crowded. Waited in lines for everything. No service anywhere ! If you can’t speak Spanish, employees ignore you and walk off. Breakfast lines were so long that they ran out of many food items. The bars at 7pm were closed so you couldn’t have a relaxing drink poolside or near the beach. Only lobby bar near the reception.,not inviting for a “resort” hotel !! Truly one of the worst hotels I have stayed at.

The property is off the main road and in a quiet...

The property is off the main road and in a quiet neighbourhood in Veracruz. The room is large and very comfortable. The property is well taken care of and Nathalie is extremely friendly and very helpful. Even in advance to our stay communication was easy and straightforward. We cannot express enough how grateful to Nathalie we are for making our stay so comfortable.

this location, while pretty, is too far from everything else...

this location, while pretty, is too far from everything else. Ubers would not come there so we were forced to hire taxis from the Westin next door which were way overpriced. Every tour operator changed extra to come there as well.

The location was perfect, staff especially at the lobby bar James and Mellisa were awesome.10/10 The room was always clean 10/10 Only issue was the scent but everywhere we went had that issue so I would recommend air fresheners, but overall it was good. Oh the breakfast is a must, it’s fabulous.

It was a unique stay. Not for everyone. Safe, but not a lot of action. Very low key. Weekends bring many ferry/beach tourists for the day. Otherwise, super relaxing. Great for reading, some sun time, and taking it SLOWWWWW!!!

This place is good for a getaway and being remote. You are very good distance from the city. They had two sides the adult or preferred pool was quiet side. The family side was where games and bigger pools were. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were ample in size. The food was just ok. Not a lot ofnoptions after couple of days. Lol only issue I had was the animals. You will see raccoons at night roaming and eating off the room service plates left outside. Which I think staff should have not left out like that. And raccoons can be dangerous. Also the wifi would go in and out. Lastly if you want to do things in the city, stay in the city. It was hard getting users from.time to time. And the place doesn't offer shuttle service to the city unless you are paying for it. It's like $20-$30 a person. Oh the weight room was nice.

I love Panama I've been going to Panama for 2 years I've sent so many people to Panama I will always be back. I went shopping I went to Albrooks mall i went to the monkey tour I do a tour of Panama. Went to the fish market .I did so much its all on my tic tock .Panama 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Taboga is beautiful but rustic.

Taboga is beautiful but rustic. If you want bakeries, gift shops and gourmet food then don’t go. If you want a laid-back vacation on a lovely island that’s easy to get to then this island is for you. Warning: you must eat dinner early here - the few restaurants serving dinner close much earlier than in the cities.

The resort could use some upgrades. The staff was helpful. For as much as we spent to stay at an all-inclusive I expected more. The food was not very good. We only ate breakfast there, and after to days we went out to eat. All the pools and outside bars close a 7pm. Overall it was a decent stay, but I would research other places first.

The City and Panama Canal tour were top tier.

The City and Panama Canal tour were top tier. It is a great shopping destination. The people of Panama were very welcoming and courteous. Views from Poin 360° were absolutely gorgeous. We also enjoyed a short visit to the Museum of Illusions. The ferry ride to Taboga Island was great, but there's little to do on the island, and you don't need more than a couple hours over there. Unless you particularly want to go to the beach, it's not a must do if pressed for time. All in all, we had a great week visiting Panama.
