WOW this hotel blew us away. The new refurbishments were so beautiful, the designs were elegant and unique and the food was phenomenal. The healthy and delicious menu was the exact thing we were looking for before the huayhuash trek (still dreaming of the buddha bowl). What really set this property aside was the staff. We loved meeting and chatting to the team, they were really informative about the huayhuash trek as they had actually been guides in the past- this was so helpful for us and reassuring. This property is the perfect place to stay before or after any hiking/ trekking in Huaraz/ the Cordillera Blanca- I can't reccomend enough!

They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. They helped with getting us appropriate travel for our mountaineering trips, made very tasty breakfasts and accommodated our changing plans (modifications in dates due to the situation with our climbing plans) The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in any accommodation and they helped us by allowing us to hand wash and dry our gear on the rooftop terrace. The shower had great pressure and the hot water was abundant. Eloy gave us a ride to the airport, doing two trips to ensure we could get our ski bags there without any issues. I would definitely stay with them again on return to the Cordillera Blanca.

This property is beautiful. The room are very well decorated and very large. Incredible view of the mountains! The owner and staff are absolutely amazing people! They are so attentive. My flight got canceled and wanted to stay near the airport. We also ran out of money because we were suppose to go back home and there are no ATM nearby. I explained the situation to them and said we would take the public bus back to the airport and they said they would take us back to the airport. They even walked us to the restaurant so we wouldn’t walk alone at night. Breakfast was also amazing. ii can’t describe in words how incredible everyone was to us and how clean and big the rooms are. I highly recommend staying here if you need to be near the airport or want to explore the area.

Everything about this place is fantastic. Rosa was a wonderful host who helped us get food delivery. The views from the rooftop kitchen of Huascaran are unmatched. She provides drinks in a minibar style. Everything was clean and comfortable. After staying in huaraz for two nights we wanted to be closer to the airport before our flight to Lima the next day and now we are hoping to return and stay here again because it was peaceful and perfect.
