The property has a cozy room, good utensila and equipment, incl. a washing machine, good wifi, good aircon, private parking spot, nice tour options and good local advice. And not to forget the meals - his breakfast and dinner were prepared and served in a professional, tasteful manner, it is a must to try (Fred is a pro cook btw). We also loved the private swimming pool. The guest bungalow is properly separated, gives enough privacy. Fred has a very useful and efficient alarm system - his dogs. If you dont rent a car, Fred offers the pickup from the port of the airport and has some vehicles for rent as well. The property is easy to find and is situated in a calm neighbourhood. He also offers some complimentary water to the guests, nice gesture.

The Lagoon tour that Karen recommended was incredible, and she can rent you a bycicle so you can go around the island. This is a no brainer, and for the price that is offered, and in Bora Bora!
