The receptionist and people in the hotel were accommodating and helpful. Although we arrived late at night and kitchen was near closing, they even have our sandwiches heated up and served it as if we ordered from resto.

The host is very attentive and very nice to talk to, it's quite easy to get there, the location is very convenient, 10 min by taxi to the airport (+the host offers an airport shuttle for 50 PLN), and the owners left sweets, which was very nice 🥰 the shower is clean, everything is clean. There is a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a kettle for brewing herbal tea, cutlery and other kitchen utensils - which is very good, and the price is also nice! I'm very glad I stayed, I'll definitely come back again if I have the opportunity 🙂 Book it - you won't regret it, i loved it :)

Kraków - Balice Airport (also known as 'John Paul II International Airport Kraków–Balice') is situated in the village of Balice, just under 7 miles (11 kilometres) from Kraków. The quickest way into town is by train, with a direct service taking around 20 minutes and running every 30 minutes during daytime. The #292 and #208 buses frequently run between the city and airport and take about 40 minutes. Taxis are also available and take around 25 minutes.

Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening. Clean tidy lacking poor pillows Not necessary for two quilts Good value for money Poor breakfast choice No bar

The location of the hotel was my number one choice and the security of the location was also the next and all of these were met.As I only need it for one night I did not bother at all about luxury but on the whole,the value for money was far much exceeded to my estimation as I can say and on that I say well done to the hotel.May be if they learn a bit more English as those who are at the reception so that communication flow will be great. There is also a service station which sells food in case you are late in checking in.I checked in after 10 pm. I liked it when the receptionist arranged for a Taxi to pick us up as early as 4 am and it was exactly as was arranged.Thank you very much and keep doing what you do best.

If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk.

If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk. It’s a house not a hotel, there was a shared bathroom right next door to their bedroom! No safety outside the bedroom it’s a 20 foot drop to the floor! You don’t pay at property you are driven to a cash machine and forced to pay cash!!! There is no lights or locks on your bedroom door, it’s filthy and smells of cigarettes. But don’t complain to booking com because their policy is the worst! Stranded at the airport over night and the customer service officer was absolutely unqualified he used the phonetic alphabet to spell his name using N for Nazi instead of November bearing mind we were in Poland! Totally unacceptable and very unhelpful. My partner has a medical machine that needs to be worn and he was totally unsympathetic no offer of a hotel close by just one five miles away! Which I had to pay again for! Never use them again rubbish

We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport. Friendly staff. Great rooms, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. We had a wonderful dinner at their restaurant. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

The owner communicated with me over Booking.com and provided detailed description of how to get in and out of the property. The property was clean and it had all that we needed. The only regret I have is that we didn’t stay any longer. There was a lovely patio outside and a pool and garden area with a playground for kids (which we have 3). The lady who owns the properties was so lovely when I called her at 23:00 panicking about a taxi to the airport (when 2 companies cancelled on me). She said she would help give us a lift to the airport at 3:30am. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.
