I truly appreciated that the staff upgraded us after the initial inconveniences with our room. Their willingness to make up for the issues was noticed and valued. The resort itself is exceptionally beautiful — the design is aesthetically pleasing, the size feels just right, and our beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed dinner at the beach club, and breakfast was very good. Many staff members genuinely tried their best to make our stay enjoyable, and that personal effort did shine through despite the resort still being in its soft-opening phase.

A) The architecture and the whole idea of the resort is just stunning. Completely out of this world. It's not posh, it's stylish, beautiful, extremely expensive only the way this unique design and quality can be. Utterly gorgeous. B) Service is incredible. Yes it's the first year of the resort and the staff makes all that s possible to suffice. Yet they are from around the world the most profeccient and rhoughtfull, yet kind people. From the arrival to the departure transfer in orange Lucid car to the RSI airport. Totally in awe.
