Good location. You can easily walk to the night market (only Friday and Saturday night).
Perfect breakfast. If you lucky enough, they will provide the line buffet breakfast. But in general, they will offer you the a la carte breakfast menu that you can order them with unlimited!! Both breakfast types are really good.

Roi Et is small enough that The Bed's outside location is a benefit because it's quieter there (no karaoke bar nearby). You can walk to the park in the center of town in just 10-15 minutes. There is a large theme restaurant next door with a variety of foods and convenience stores nearby. Room is totally modern Western standard and everything worked. WiFi was good.

Hotel seems a bit old outside which is normal for a small city in Thailand but
