Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location, all new, nicely furnished. I can't say more, it was a choice as a rest after returning from Ko Tao and the next day leaving for Bangkok..but after a while the accommodation made a big difference to me..wow!!

Amazing and unique place with only around 12 (?) apartments. The rooms are so cozy and beautiful. The hotel area is nice and you can chill just next to the sea! You can watch and hear the airplanes landing but at night there's no traffic. Would definitely come again!

Clean, spacious and close to many hotspots, e.g. Airport & Fisherman’s Village. Staff were helpful also, they arranged an airport transfer for 6:00AM. Would recommend this property!

Everything! We spent 5 nights there and it was delightful!! The staff is incredible and always ready to help! We also booked with them a romantic dinner and a private Thai cuisine classe and it was really amazing! A perfect end to our honeymoon! The pool is really big and the beach is something really nice!

Great location on the beach with lovely infinity pool, paddle-boards, canoes and jet ski 😀 Well stocked kitchen and Netflix were a plus and all in all the establishment was so superior to others we stayed in. Good selection of restaurants and supermarkets nearby combined with the points above made for a very enjoyable stay 😀😀

Everything was better than expected! Great location, Perfect and beautiful place, staff is great and all friendly. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and the 2 bedroom with the room downstairs and 2 beds upstairs + a living room. Chill rooftop, amazing swimming pool. I recommend that place to anyone who travel to Samui.

The decor, the layout, the vibe, the colour scheme, the thoughtful layout and design of the hotel. Amazing! The employees were also lovely and kind.

I loved every moment of my stay. The warm welcoming foyer and easy access to the restaurant and swimming pool. It felt intimate and authentic. Like visiting friends. Highly recommended.

Staff, food, style and clear property at all.

The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the staff are incredibly warm and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the air-conditioning in our original villa, the team promptly upgraded us to a more spacious one, which was a wonderful surprise. One of the highlights was the direct access to the beach via a private staircase from the villa—such a beautiful and convenient touch. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Everything perfect. For the price there is no better choice on the entire island! The manager is very accommodating, the staff polite. Another plus, the size of the rooms. Finally even if you put a DND sign on your door, you will still have water, toiletries and linens waiting in front of your door! Great service! We had 6 different bookings, we were all very satisfied.

Newly renovated property , neat premises with lots of landscape. With only a few rooms it’s not overly crowded or noisy . Pool , beach and the reception are like 10 metres walk from any room you stay in . We didn’t opt for breakfast so cannot say much about it . There’s a 7/11 bang opposite property and also tops daily and a very good Thai place called wok inn and also Sala Thai around . Chaweng beach is like a 5 minute ride on the bike . Chaweng party street is a 2 min ride . 5 minutes from the airport and the sea port that takes you to koh tao and the other islands . The property is on the beach so you can also enjoy paddling and kayaking which they rent out . Also lot of bars as you walk down the beach on either side of the property . Lastly this stay wouldn’t be so good without the amazing staff …. Nikki , Celio at the reception and Emiley for always being so warm . Worth every penny

If you’re in Samui and want somewhere nice, spacious, clean and comfortable BOOK HERE!! The member of staff was so kind he showed us to our room in the pouring rain bless him. Our room was fabulous 2 bathrooms, a lounge area and an upstairs bedroom. It was absolutely perfect. I’ve not got a single fault to this place! If I am ever back visiting samui I will be staying again!!!

Practically private pool villa on the beach. Very few rooms/villas in the hotel so really quiet. Private lounge area in the shade. The sea is <10m from the small hotel pool.

The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt super cozy and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Also, the location is perfect — just a short walk from the pier.

- Mindblowing view in a newly renovated studio apartment! One of the best views we've ever had - The staff is friendly and co-operative and they made sure that we had Vegan options in the breakfast everyday. - The location is pretty great. It's 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Chaweng beach area. It's also about 15 minutes away from the Fishermen's village in the North and about 30 minutes away from the Lamai area. You will need to rent a vehicle though, there's not too much in a walking distance.

Unbeatable value for money. New boutique hotel very close to Chaweng. They take care of every detail from the moment you arrive until you leave. I will definitely return.

The hotel was clean and well prepared with everything what we needed. The territory is amazing, it seems like you’re in a jungle🤩The owner was so nice and helped us to manage our issue.

The owner stood outside waiting for us with a smile on his face. We only stayed for a night but if we could’ve had more we definitely would! Great location as well.
