Friendly welcome by receptionist who spoke reasonably good English. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. The free Wifi service worked very well. The free breakfast was excellent. Good location close to beach. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting East Timor.

Timor Plaza Hotel & Apartments offers comfortable accommodation in the heart of Dili, complete with complimentary WiFi, free buffet breakfast, and free airport transfers for all guests. Spacious comfortable room. Very clean and excellent housekeeping. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of options for all tastes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will stay again.

Only 4 km from Dili’s International Airport, Excelsior Resort features an on-site restaurant, outdoor swimming pool and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Free buffet breakfast is included. Breakfast was good and was even served in my room for 2 of the 3 days. The staff is friendly and helpful. Air conditioning works well.

Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was good for laps. Location was easy access from airport and to down town.

The hotel is conveniently located near the sea, close to a few good restaurants, and decent grocery store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. I would stay here again.
