Nature walks, a lot of nice places to enjoy the beautiful scenery of valleys and mountains, Sapancha is a very nice place to spend a couple of good long days with the family and kids or with your partner. A lot and I mean a lot of nice places to have breakfast or lunch with a stunning view. Shopping is great especially the outlet at izmit.

We had a one week booking , our baby got a strong allergy the owner promised us a refund if we checked out but he said he will send it in the end of October
So we checked out
Now after contacting the owner they seem to be lying to avoid making us a refund , we also have pictures of the very bad situation the house was in when we got there that lead to the baby getting an allergy there was a lot of insects and the house was dirty

I am not impressed much with the sightseeing there in Sapanca. I feel Borsa was much better with so many water fall and forest places there. I was expecting better walking areas around the lake, but actually the areas were very limited and doesn't give good space for walking. Also, Sapanca was much warmer than Borsa at the times we visited.

Needs a good Clean and a bit tidy up will do good I wouldn't rate 4 star but more like 2.5 to 3 For the maintenance. Great view 5 Star and Great breakfast 5 start so vie and breakfast makes up staying here.
