I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely 5-star hotel in Van. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met all expectations. A special thanks to Turan at the reception who was incredibly helpful and kind — both to me and later to my father. Her assistance made our experience even better. The views of the surrounding snow capped mountains were truly beautiful. Friendly welcoming people & the food was very good. Very easy getting around & the taxi operators were pleasant. A very good value for money short holiday.
The boat trip on Lake Van to Akdamar Island was beautiful & interesting.

Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could be better. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
