This hotel is located at lakeside so it has a very beautiful view during sunset time. Fortunately they gave us a spacious room at the top floor with amazing view. They provided good breakfast with lots of variety. All staffs are also friendly and very helpful.

I had to book this place for my parents to stay while I was not personally there myself and they had a fantastic experience during their stay and felt very safe and comfortable. The staff and the manager (who happens to speak Farsi as well) were super nice in helping my parents with their request and questions and even organized a fairly priced bus for them to cross the border into Iran.

The room lights the basic things and the boys room was in a very poor condition debating was not changed and the keepers just came to the door the day after we arrived and then only asked for them while the bedding is not fresh and they just handed us for the sheets saying that you're too busy to change it and they also have to change it change them ourselves The bathroom hose was broken and the hose was just fallen onto the floor very not hygiene . Trrible place.

The views of the surrounding snow capped mountains were truly beautiful. Friendly welcoming people & the food was very good. Very easy getting around & the taxi operators were pleasant. A very good value for money short holiday.
The boat trip on Lake Van to Akdamar Island was beautiful & interesting.

Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could be better. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
