Everything was perfect. I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. While I waited for the room they offered me coffee and cake and also tea.

The team here were incredibly warm and friendly. Azad and Dogan were always available to answer my many questions! The hotel itself is in a great location with a wonderful rooftop restaurant view during morning breakfast.

The views of the surrounding snow capped mountains were truly beautiful. Friendly welcoming people & the food was very good. Very easy getting around & the taxi operators were pleasant. A very good value for money short holiday.

Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could be better. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
