I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a very good stay and had a great time in the inDIANA hotel. The cleanliness and good facilities of the rooms, along with the kind and respectful behavior of the staff, especially Mr. Omar, who was very helpful. The diverse and delicious breakfast, as well as the staff's helpful guidance on Van attractions, entertainment, shopping malls, and restaurants were other advantages. Also, the hotel's location is near Cumhuriyet St. and the shopping malls.

I highly recommend this property for families and people who are coming for trading.
It’s a really huge apartment with all the things you will need for a stay of couple of days or week, near to to the city center in a very calm neighborhood where there are different shops supermarkets clothes shopping cosmetics everything that comes to your mind.
The stuff hotel were very helpful and kind my son was ill they were very supportive to grab a taxi and they let us use the apartment for another hour until we got him the medication.
We had a problem with TV it was not working they came and they fixed it immediately in a matter of 10 minutes.
Van people are very hospitable, definitely will come back here again thank you.

The views of the surrounding snow capped mountains were truly beautiful. Friendly welcoming people & the food was very good. Very easy getting around & the taxi operators were pleasant. A very good value for money short holiday.
The boat trip on Lake Van to Akdamar Island was beautiful & interesting.

Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could be better. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
