LOVED LOVED LOVED this hotel. We booked here last minute (as in the same day) due to canceled travel due to avalanche, they managed to fit us in and gave us an early check in. The staff are absolutely amazing, everyone we met who worked there had great customer service. The girl who checked us in was amazing and so sweet. We also loved the bar and the staff that worked there were so lovely too. The room was nice and comfortable too

We loved the location, the true Alaskan decor with the animals all around, the view of the lake where the planes were taking off and landing, the restaurant, and our room was spacious and very comfortable! We would highly recommend others stay here!

Staff was very accommodating. I put in wrong date in booking reservation. I called hotel and they fixed it. Very nice staff

Close to the Airport and late check in was possible, breakfast was ready early and a good selection of food!

Beautiful rooms and the beds are so comfy. Super close to the airport

Even tho we were there for one night only, they kept our luggage the whole next day because we had a late night flight. We also stayed in a lobby for some time, they offered us a free shuttle to airport. Room was clean, we were really satisfied with all.

We took advantage of the hot breskfast buffet . It was free with our room booking but even if not included was very reasonably priced, was fresh and tasted yummy!. The rooms were well stocked with amenities, clean, a working TV, and plenty of plush towels in the tidy, stocked washroom. The front counter staff were pleasant, helpful and were able to answer questions regarding the Anchorage area. While here, there was a service problem with one of the two elevators (out of the 3 of 5 nights we stayed here). Patience was definitely needed during busy times. Overall, enjoyed our stay here and will certainly stay at a Hilton again in the future.

Nice hotel in the city center with beautiful views, spacious room, valet parking and very good breakfast.

It was a dignified and grand hotel with a historical background, excellently harmonizing with the pristine environment of Alaska. Having traveled to many places around the world, it was one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed in. It is considered excellent in many aspects for the price.

We love the location, very easy to get around the downtown area from the hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. This was our 2nd stay and very happy with both of our stays. We have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful/
