ItalyThe room was large. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. It's my fault that I didn't reserve the shuttle to bring me to the hotel, so I had to get a taxi. It cost 7 dollars. I could have walked (15 minutes) but it was midnight and very cold. I was taken care of quickly. In the morning I got on the shuttle. The shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. The location is great if you get in late like me and leave in the morning.

I greatly appreciate the staff as they allowed us to wait in the lobby from 1230 to 1600.I really like the restaurant service which was open for the guest in the evening. Unfortunately I could not enjoy the breakfast as I had to leave the hotel at 0300 AM to the airport.

She communicated promptly with me once I had made my reservation and was happy to provide additional information about directions and facilities when I enquired about them. The accommodation was perfect for our requirements which was a place close to both the airport and downtown Boston. The apartment was immaculately clean and well-presented and the beds were very comfortable. It was very useful to have access to kitchen facilities and particularly a fridge. There were plenty of towels provided which were needed for our family of five people and we didn't have any issue with noise from the upstairs apartment at all which I had noted in several reviews before I made my booking. Overall, I can't rate this apartment and Cynthia highly enough. If I ever return to Boston I would have no hesitation in renting this apartment again. Thank you so much Cynthia!

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Information
Location and Transport
Just 5 miles (8 kilometres) from the city, Boston Logan International Airport is the main hub for New England. Downtown Boston can be reached by the free Silver Line bus line to South Station between 05:30 and 00:30. The blue metro line (open 06:00 until 00:30) connects you to the orange line at State Street. Fancy a more scenic route? The commuter ferry runs from Long Wharf to the airport in ten minutes, departing around every 30 minutes from 06:45 until 20:15.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
There’s a small selection of hotels close to the terminals and harbour, but most can be found across the water in the Financial District and North End. In the airport, you’ll find plenty of dining options, including Legal Sea Foods’ tasty New England delights. There’s free WiFi, shops, currency exchange and a mini-spa.
Terminal Information
There are four terminals (A, B, C and E) and a free shuttle every 5–6 minutes that runs between them, as well to the ‘Airport’ subway stop. If you’re catching a connecting flight you’ll need to pass through immigration, and a passport, visa or ESTA may be necessary.

This is a very nice hotel, but be prepared to climb a flight...
This is a very nice hotel, but be prepared to climb a flight of stairs with your luggage. It is a historic place and no elevator- remnicent of some places in Europe. It is immediately adjacent to the beach and I was able to get a pass for parking on the street. It is close to other parks where I could do birding, my main goal. Interesting that there was no one on site or the front desk when I checked out. The bed was comfortable and room and ensuite bathroom clean.

I loved the choice in transportation (bus, trains, subway, etc) easy to get around. Wonderful clean in Boston Downtown, great tours, great restaurants by the water, very relaxing. But the traffic is a night mare! Our poor tour bus driver had to deal with stop and go traffic the entire time.
We did take a train to Salem for one day, a 30 minute ride. VERY NICE! So close to town, we really enjoyed the weather as well, we were fortunate to have some of the best weather you could have in August.

I LOVED Boston.
I LOVED Boston. I found it to be an incredibly walkable city from my centrally located hotel. I took advantage of the Trolley Tours to get me around to the historic sites. I only had to take a taxi to and from the airport. I visited the Constitution Tall Ship, Boston Commons Park, and saw that 1 day truly wasn't enough to see everything I had hoped to see. I rode in a Swan boat and the Carousel in the park. I also visited the JFK Presidential Library on the day I still had my rental car. It was an easy walk from the drop-off location to my hotel. The food was fantastic at the Elephant & Castle Pub attached to the hotel. Don't miss it for a meal, even if you don't stay at the attached Club Quarters. I hope to return. But time and $ will affect that choice. Visit Boston! The Heart of American History.

Shuttle to airport with long term parking also good.
Ongoing construction inside was tricky, some spots could use a bit more housekeeping.
Only one bottle of water provided for double room(two people)

Not much for the price. No breakfast. No elevator.
Not much for the price. No breakfast. No elevator. No one to help with bags upstairs. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Electrical outlets were old and would not hold plugs for phone chargers. There was one that appeared new. AC was too loud . Dinner was decent.

I'm local and use to live in Chelsea but there's the shopping mall right there or the Mystic mall. There's also encore casino. The Charlestown community center isn't in Chelsea so not sure why that says it's in chelsea and memorial stadium

We stayed in Boston Common because I love the city park.
We stayed in Boston Common because I love the city park. It is beautiful in all seasons. We visited Cheers which is a very popular pub/restaurant and a must while you are here.
For those who love art and gardening, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum is a beautiful place to spend a day. We used the T line to get to the museum. Very easy.
We had drinks and dinner on the rooftop of the Revere Hotel that offers a good south western view of the city.

Great view of ocean, but not a lot to do at this location.
Great view of ocean, but not a lot to do at this location. We played on the beach and built sandcastles. Few good restaurants (including Kellys roast beef ), train behind hotel makes it easy to travel into boston for activities, but not much immediately around hotel.

The beach is the one asset but otherwise for business travelers I would not recommend staying. The WIFI didn't work and the TV wasn't working either. No staff on site 24 hours and phone help disconnected so no place to leave a message. No front desk and restaurant staff had to check in guests during their hours.
Restaurant was closed for breakfast.

Great and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Close to the airport, downtown Boston, and some beaches. The hotel offers a regular breakfast, and the swimming pool can be accessed from the neighboring hotel.
