Everything clean and tidy. Bathroom has shampo and soap and towels .. bedroom is comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good, multiple choices to choose from.also parking is available.. Thanks a lot ,keep it up

Great location. Close to all the terrific diners in Watertown. Staff is friendly and exceptionally responsive. Rooms were recently renovated and the amenities are superior which includes the best lobby coffee maker and hotel/motel coffee I have ever had---there is a Dominos and liquor store across the street. And there is also an excellent walking trail along the Charles River which is only two blocks away.

Great location and staff very welcoming

Staff were very nice and helpful about any questions that I had. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Being able to do laundry on site and buy water/snacks on site was a nice thing to have access to.

The night manager was extremely helpful and kind.

Quite neighborhood and wonderful views on the river Charles

Very comfortable room with a picturesque view from the window. I like staying here. We asked to extend our staying for 1 hour and got it for free. Reception managers were very kind and helpful. Good location - not far from Harvard, MIT and Boston center.

The Charles is really a great classic hotel - a solid choice. Perfect location in Harvard Square, excellent quality in all respects, refined décor, pleasant and helpful staff. It's great having 2 good restaurants in the hotel.

My room was huge and super comfortable. It had everything I needed. It is located super close to a bus stop that I used to arrive punctually to my destination in less than 10 minutes. There is a mall just next door, a Starbucks and a Dunkin' donuts, and the restaurant at the hotel is pretty good. Maria, the kitchen supervisor, is the sweetest person and one of the better aspects of my visit. She offers an outstanding customer service and makes the best Martini's!

The breakfast was delicious: the choice and quality of food provided exceeded expectations by far; the hotel keeps a historic and traditional charm in virtually every aspect but remains comfortable at all times;

A really lovely hotel. Rooms very clean and spacious. Hotel close to transport and plenty of eateries. The receptionist on duty (I did not get her name) was super helpful when our airline lost our case. She couldn’t have been any nicer. Excellent service at the bar, very attentive bar man.

Everything was on point I had everything there, clean, the staff was very nice and the location was amazing.

As usual, room has everything for a pleasant stay. This time I was with my kids and we enjoyed the stay

Great hotel, nice view from a room, very clean. Fantastic facilities - great gym, nice social space on 4th floor with games and leasure spots. Enjoyed it a lot. I asked for microwave and kettle in a room - everything was there at my arrival.
