hotel located near airport about 5 min by the car. Although I arrived at 1 am, the hotel staff was friendly and provided detailed guidance. The room was clean and had clean linens, and the furniture was in very good condition.

The bed is the actual comfortable and nice the beds were actual comfortable and nice. Breakfast was good...staff was nice...

I liked everything , the flat screen tv, the coffee kerig, the microwave , frig, the bed mattress & the bathroom. Oh also it had a iron & ironing board. There was also a indoor swimming pool & work out room. There is also a restaurant with a buffet breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Great breakfast. The bathroom had no soap. I did use the body wash from the bathtub.

Easy access to pool, fitness room and laundry. Super tall and comfortable beds. Kitchenette was a great add on. Good location to trains and airport. The free shuttle to trains and airport was a great thing. We caught the train into Washington which was so easy. We used Uber to do trips into Baltimore, but most visitors had cars which made the hotel even more convenient with its free parking. We also went to Matsu Japanese Restaurant in nearby Linthicum heights which was fabulous. The hotel staff were super friendly and really helped us with our stay. A big shout out to Macy and Kaya on the front desk who made us very welcome and helped us with all of our plans and needs. Complimentary breakfast was also included which was a bonus. We felt very safe.

The staff of the hotel were very generous going beyond expectations willing to help with accommodation. Some even offered help to give a ride to grocery store recognizing anticipated need. I am very pleased with the customer service provided to my relatives coming from abroad to visit us. It is definitely an excellent service! Thank you very much!

Very comfortable bed. Also, shuttle service is very good. Just make sure you wait at the "location" 7 or 48 (which does not correspond to the door number you see while you are still inside the airport).
