Everything was great. Very clean and up to date. Nice linens on the bed, and 4 sets of towels for one night and only two of us
We had to take off pretty early the next morning, so can't comment on the breakfast, although I did notice the area was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Rooms were clean. the front lobby area was set up with games and tv. pool table as well. it was a perfect hang out spot for our family, between dips in the pool. staff was so kind and friendly!!!!

Great place Great stay!
Great place Great stay! Staff is great, location is right in the heart of like 4 Malls so 100s of stores restuarants and places to go. 8 mins from HOF. One of the few places actually serving breakfast and not grab and go. Laundry accomodations, pool and fitness center were all great. There is a small bar and lounge area. Someone complained about their view but it's right off the highway and only 4 floors high. We still had a view of a beautiful sunrise in the morning 🤷♀️

Room size was great. Perfectly located right next to Hartville Kitchen - a MUST visit!! Other restaurants and gas stations close by. Super staff!!! I will definitely book here again.
The only negative for me personally is the traffic circles - several of those.

If you like all the rooms smelling like weed,this is the place for you..Its like party central....Dogs running loose.Cant use your AC because it pulls in the odor of weed from the units around you...Drinking outside till late at night. Do yourself a favor and find some other place.....

Facility and staff were awesome. Highly recommend this facility to anyone training to Canton, OH.
I would suggest additional signage for locating the facility once arriving in the general vicinity. The facility is in a quite area among several other hotels but there are not signs on the primary street letting travelers know the hotel is the last one in the group.

The area was nice but your hotel was dirty we had to ask for a towel answer was well if I have one you offered breakfast there was none I got to see a very young boy vacuuming while his mother stood there yelling at him wow child labor laws must be different in ohio my room had cigarette burns on bed spreads and curtains had hole a all through them no blanket on my bed windows open when we came in which didn’t hose the stench very noisy until 2 am I wouldn’t let my dogs stay there did not feel safe got very little sleep maybe board of health should look into your hotel my wife cleaned in a hospital for 33years she actually was discussed with the whole room bathroom also burns on side of bathtub she had to put toilet paper on staff must have forgotten no I would never stay there again and have told friends and family how bad our stay was

I liked how close it was to the Hall of Fame.
I liked how close it was to the Hall of Fame. I didn't like that the doors rub and could not close the bathroom door. The bathroom vanity light has 4 bulbs in it and none of them worked. The apartment had multiple flies in it, spider webs, not sure where the $100 cleaning fee goes. Thin walls, I could hear the neighbors tv.

The room was dirty. First a spider was crawling on the wall. Next the sheets were dirty. There was a bug on the sheet of one bed. The toilet had a brown ring as thought hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The toilet would not flush.
When I requested another room, I was told that the hotel was full and I was sent to the Hilton next door which only had king size bed. They refused to clean the room the next day. Oh what a horrible stay in Akron.
I should be compensated for the inconvenience. I am so disappointed in Holiday Inn Express. It is certainly no longer the hotel that I grew up staying in. All the quality and great service is gone.
