The staff is very friendly and helpful. A huge thanks to the girl at the reception (unfortunately not asked her name, but we know that she is from Uzbekistan) for her help and attention. The room was on the second floor - spacious and clean room. They rested in January, but the room was very warm and the temperature can be adjusted according to their preference.

There was a tv, ac, wifi, and other amenities. The staff was very helpful when the card deactivated and whenever we needed something. Also public outdoor pool and Jacuzzi that were kept clean.

We enjoy Ocean City and come there for Jeep Fest.

We enjoy Ocean City and come there for Jeep Fest. Decided to try a new hotel this year closer to the boardwalk and were sadly disappointed with it. Next year will return to the hotel we stayed at for the prior three years.

A great location for shopping, dining, and activities.

A great location for shopping, dining, and activities. We especially enjoyed Ruth's Chris Restaurant, BYOC (Build Your Own Cookie), and Ocean Downs Casino. We also shopped at the Rehoboth outlets and enjoyed delicious dining at BlueCoast Seafood Grill & Raw Bar, also in Rehoboth. On our final day, we had breakfast at Coastal Salt on the Ocean City boardwalk.

Fenwick Island was a pleasant surprise.

Fenwick Island was a pleasant surprise. We have visited some other beaches on the Eastern Shore, but never Fenwick. It is much smaller than the other beaches and much quieter. The beach was never crowded and we were always able to find a spot close to the water with plenty of room to spread out with beach umbrellas, chairs, and blankets. Lifeguards are onsite. Highly recommend it for young families or those looking for a quieter version of the larger beach communities.

Selbyville is a perfect location for vacationers, as it sits...

Selbyville is a perfect location for vacationers, as it sits at the DE/MD line. The property we rented for the week is just off Rt 54, which takes you right up to Rt 1 (Coastal Highway). Turn left on Rt 1 and you're immediately in Fenwick Island. Keep heading up Rt 1 and you can hit Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Lewes (take a ride on the Lewes Ferry, which takes you over to Cape May, NJ), etc. Turn right on Rt 1 and you’re less than ¼ mile from the Maryland State line, which will take you down to Ocean City & their famous boardwalk. Besides miles and miles of beaches, there are a ton of restaurants close by, as well water parks, lots of miniature golf locations, State Park beaches (along with public beaches), Tanger Outlets, etc. BTW, when you’re in Delaware, you can enjoy tax free shopping! Since you’re basically “in the middle” when in Selbyville, you’re close to everything that you’d like to do, whether that’s in Delaware or Maryland.

Terrible experience with the front desk staff + hotel. Will never book again. I paid in advance for a three-night stay. A family emergency kept us from arriving on the first night, so I called that morning to let them know. The woman who answered told me it was no problem, mentioned parking was $10 per day, and assured me we’d be fine. She never noted it in the system. When we arrived the next day, our reservation had been canceled as a no-show — and my card had already been charged for all three nights. The only solution offered was to rebook at the current rate and wait 7–10 business days for a refund on money I’d already paid. No one attempted to accommodate us. No manager was offered. Just “sorry, that’s our policy — if you don’t show, you get canceled.” The fact that I called ahead and was told I’d be fine didn’t matter to anyone. I understand hotels have policies. What I don’t understand is being penalized for a mistake your

Townhouse is in a beautiful neighborhood community, but no one was outside, so it felt really strange. Townhouse was beautiful. Everything you could think of was in this house. (4) bathrooms, no one had to wait, & 3+ bedrooms. Downside way too many stairs, not handicap accessible, (3) flight of stairs, yes we got our work out in!

There are restaurants nearby, as well as places to get coffee, shops, and entertainment for children. And if you get sick, there's a CVS across the street. The location is also great for families to have fun and spend time together, and the staff at Sahara Motel are very friendly. I highly recommend it. I loved it. Great beach location if you don't want the hustle of Ocean...

Great beach location if you don't want the hustle of Ocean City. Has all the beach amenities and local activities without the craziness of OC. Having a young family, Fenwick is my top choice. Beach is clean, water is nice and life guards are on duty.
