Everything! We road tripped from the Punta Gorda airport, arrived late at night and departed early so this place was very convenient for us. Much easier to just let ourselves in with a code than deal with hotel checkin.

Check in was very easy. The unit was clean and bright, it had everything I needed to be comfortable. The linens and towels were very nice. The laundry was convenient and detergent was provided as was dish soap and coffee pods. Shampoo, soap, haircare items and lotion were stocked in the bathroom.

L'American Inn Punta Gorda est situé à proximité de l'Interstate 75 et à moins de 15 minutes de route de City Beach Park. I was very skeptical at first given some firsthand accounts with different locations of hotel/motel but I have to put respect and honesty where it’s deserved! Upon arriving I did my due diligence to ensure there were NO BUGS, and by bugs you can use your imagination but not the fun or cool kind. After my inspection I was very relieved to know I didn’t have creepy crawls throughout the night. The whole unit itself was very, very nice. Hot water,cold ac, good WiFi, outlets worked, bed was nice, EVERYTHING was CLEAN and it smelled good, no roach butt., hell yea. The staff was exceedingly excellent! All in all I stayed 2 nights and I would honestly do it again. The outside may not look the most up to date given the structure is probably older but it was a great stay. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERE AND STAYING HERE!!!
